Mental Health Coaltion 988 Hotline CampaignWinter 2024 - Advertising Workshop
I was the copywriter for this week-long campaign sprint competition in collaboration with Kenneth Cole and The Mental Health Coalition to raise awareness for the 988 lifeline. Our key insight was that 100% of young adults are or know someone struggling with mental health and this makes us significant but not special. Our language took a risk with a dark humor approach to contrast the cuddly messaging used by mainstream mental health resources that get completely ignored by young adults.
